Appointment & Scheduling Policy
Thank you for choosing I Know a Guy WI.
Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather conditions, project delays, material availability, emergencies, safety concerns, traffic, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Outdoor projects may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, wind, extreme temperatures, unsafe working conditions, or other weather-related factors.
I Know a Guy WI reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments at its discretion when necessary to ensure safety, quality of work, or scheduling efficiency.
Customers will be notified as soon as reasonably possible if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
While every effort is made to arrive as scheduled, I Know a Guy WI is not responsible for lost wages, missed work, travel expenses, contractor scheduling conflicts, delays involving other trades, or any indirect costs resulting from a postponed, rescheduled, delayed, or canceled appointment.
By scheduling an appointment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

I Know a Guy WI is not a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or specialty trade contractor. Services requiring licensing may be referred to a qualified third-party contractor.
Any work performed by a third-party contractor is solely between the customer and that contractor. I Know a Guy WI is not responsible for the workmanship, scheduling, warranties, performance, damages, or customer satisfaction related to services performed by outside companies or individuals.
Scheduling policies and terms are subject to change with or without notice.
By scheduling a consultation, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
